How To Use VCD Cutter: By Halfmoon

  Open up VCD Cutter.  

Open You Movie you wish to Cut.

1.       Move the slide to where you want the section to start, Hit Mark In.

2.      Move the slide to the end of the section you wish to cut.

3.      Select Mark Out.

4.      Hit the Add Clip to list. (Can add more then 1 clip if you want)

5.      Hit Generate Clips

 The clip will save it to the drive where you specified in the VIEW / OPTIONS / SETTINGS TAB

 This utility conflicts with WinDVD, rename the ivivideo.ax or iviaudio.ax files.
